The Validation Report presents the process and results of internal and external validation of the SKILLS+ e-learning platform. It is based on country-level validation activities and contains recommendations for improvement of the platform.
Overall both the internal (27 participants) as the external (124 participants) testing pilots showed that the Skills+ materials were found suitable and of high value to the target group. ICT experts would recommend them to the target group and employees / owners of micro-enterprises in the ICT sector found the materials challenging, motivating, fun to do, well- connected to the theory and well-connected to practice.
