The project is implemented by a consortium of 6 partners from 5 European countries spanning from North to South of Europe (Romania, Spain, Cyprus, Netherlands, Norway). It includes organisations involved in training, consulting, research, business incubation, association activities, thus allowing to combine different views and experiences and achieve the expected impact of the project.
The main outcome is the SKILLS+ E-learning platform in Romanian, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, Norwegian and English, which has been tested and validated in all project countries.
